Nice wig, a little wait
So I grabbed one of their Glueless Wigs, the straight hair style. It's really nice, super soft and bouncy. I wore it out last weekend and got a few compliments. Shipping took about a week and a half, which felt a little long, but I guess custom stuff takes time. Overall, pretty happy with it. It looks natural, which is what I wanted.

Quality hair, but slow support
I purchased an HD Lace Frontal and two Deep Wave Bundles. The hair itself is fantastic; very soft, true to length, and dyed well. My only gripe was with customer service. I had a question about my order status and it took them almost 3 days to get back to me. Once they did, they were helpful, but the initial wait was a bit frustrating. Packaging was discreet, and the product quality makes up for the minor communication delay.
